Local Substance Application System.
This system is used to
apply substances locally to single cells and small tissue. Comes with
a miniature 8-channel manifold, which includes a set of replaceable miniature
tips with 360, 250 and 100 micron I.D. The manifold can be positioned
using an optional miniature
manipulator directly on microscope stages or regular size >manipulator.
Includes a Small
Volume Delivery system, which allows using the setup with
solutions available in limited quantities. Since this is a pressurized
and closed system, it can be used with volatile substances as well.
Includes 8-channel fast perfusion system to switch solutions manually
or automatically. Compatible with Data Acquisition and Imaging
systems. Includes magnetic syringe holder. Requires a regulated source of pressure to
