Set for Micro Perfusion of Isolated Tissue and Organs in Small Animals, MPS
The set contains two adjustable magnetic holders for miniature flexible tips connected to
microbore tubing. The tips are used as miniature inflow and outflow to
perfuse small tissues (isolated blood vessels or small organs in animals, for example). You can adjust height, rotation angle and extension (length) of the holders. The magnetic holders
can be positioned anywhere around your sample on a magnetic microscope adapter, which provides additional
flexibility. Can be used with 21mm and small volume 12mm, low-profile glass bottom chamber for replaceable
25mm coverslips (optional). Can be used with regular 35mm petri dishes and glass bottom dishes
(petri dish adapter-rings TC-PA might be required). Can be used with controlled flow perfusion systems.
Requires a microscope adapter (specify microscope model when
ordering).
Heated Set for Micro Perfusion of Isolated Tissue or Organs in Small Animals, MPS-T
Similar to the above, but includes a heated chamber for replaceable 25 mm coverslips and a temperature probe on magnetic holder.
Requires a temperature controller.
Set for Micro Perfusion, with Multi-Channel Manifold, MPS-M
This set, in addition to the above, contains a miniature 8-channel manifold on magnetic holder. The manifold allows one to switch between different solutions, while perfusing tissue. The manifold
can be directly connected to multi-channel perfusion systems with small volume delivery setups. Temperature control upgrade is available.
Replacement Tip and PTFE Tubing Set, x6, MPS-TS
Six replacement 2 ft. long PTFE tubing with luer connector on one end and polyimide flexible tip on another for micro perfusion sets. Specify tip size when ordering. The length of the tip is around 5mm (advise if different length is required).
