8-Channel Micro Injector - Spritzer - Pressure - Valve
controller, with independent precision timers
An 8 channel injector with independent pressure and timing control for each channel. Simple to use.
Does not require an external source of pressure (generates pressure up to 15PSI).
The controller regulates output pressure to provide defined solution flow through capillary pipettes, sample chambers,
microfluidics chips for example (prevents flow blockage by bubbles inside solutions).
This is an advanced alternative to syringe pumps (easy solution refill and unlimited volume).
Each channel is controlled either by a TTL signal (BNC and DB-9 connectors), or by a manual switch and duration dials (10ms min., 2.78h max.).
Another options for control is by by software commands through RS232/USB computer port.
In addition to manual dials, the output pressure can be set by analog signals, that can be used to generate smooth pressure changes (BNC connectors).
Software automation packages and complete data acquisition systems are available.
Every channel has an indicator of active state. Manual override buttons provide defined pressure bypassing electronics control.
Can be used with Small Volume Delivery System, pressure cylinders, or with
multi-barrel micropipettes. Ideal for multiple drugs applications to single cells through pipettes and for miniature fluidics chambers. Up to ten units can be connected to
the same computer port to form multi-channel system (up to 160 channels max.). Click on image to enlarge. Provides

Can be used to to deliver solutions through micropipettes when a higher pressure outputs might be required.
