Growth of human lymphocytes in Petri dishes placed inside incubator connected to a 2-channel temperature and CO2 controllers.
The pictures taken before and after 60 hours (2.5 days) incubation show cells growing to cover the whole bottom of the Petri dish.

Miniature Incubator with heated bottom, TC-MWPHB/L
For use with standard multi-well plates. Fits all brands of motorized stage.
Incorporates heated bottom, luer-lock port for gas mixture (to control CO2 or hypoxia),
and heated cover, to prevent condensation. Built-in multiple ports for
tubing and accessories (probes and sensors).
Can be used with a set of adjustable tubing
holders to position perfusion tubing for continuous media exchange,
if optional inserts TC-I-100 or TC-I-4/3 are placed inside
(see table below).
The bottom is closed with 1mm glass (for open bottom incubator, to access with immersion objective -
consider another model). Can be used for long-term imaging.
Consider a modified incubator for easy positioning of tubing to
